Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and network equipment
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including patch management and access controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery drills
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with ITIL service management principles preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus (not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
