Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations
- Deliver exceptional end-user training and support
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
