Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage help desk tickets and escalate complex problems to senior staff
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data backup procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system deployments
- Participate in IT asset inventory and lifecycle management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 25lbs for equipment handling
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
