Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud service integrations
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve security vulnerabilities
- Deliver exceptional user training and support documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS troubleshooting and Active Directory
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP fundamentals)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash/Python)
- Ability to lift 20 lbs for equipment deployment
- 1-2 years of internship or helpdesk experience preferred
