Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts and user permissions
- Document IT procedures and maintain service desk ticket systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system health and perform preventative maintenance
- Train end-users on technology best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
