Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop equipment and peripherals
- Document support tickets and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects

Qualifications
