Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues via ticketing system
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Document IT processes and SOPs
- Assist with network security protocols
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement
- Provide on-site technical support to 50+ employees
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
