Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across 100+ employees
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity, cloud services (O365), and security protocols
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ServiceNow ticketing system
- Assist with hardware/software inventory management and asset lifecycle tracking
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects and upgrades
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS), and security best practices
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral setup
- Familiarity with Active Directory, O365, and remote support tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
