Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service desk records
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical problems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in system upgrades and infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and security principles
- Customer service experience with excellent communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
