Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via ticketing systems, phone, and remote support
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems across enterprise environments
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week per month)
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and networking concepts
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
