Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system implementations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical escalations
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with Active Directory, VPNs, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
