Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and cloud applications
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system implementations
- Monitor system health and perform preventive maintenance
- Support security protocols and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
