Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and maintenance
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and workstations
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on project implementations
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
