Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS workstations
- Assist with user account management and access permissions
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on security protocols
- Participate in hardware/software inventory management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS)
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash) a plus
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment pickups
