Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for employees via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software including Windows/macOS systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security initiatives
- Assist with system updates, patch management, and backup verification
- Support office equipment including printers, AV systems, and mobile devices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and helpdesk tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in a dynamic office environment
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
