Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, peripherals, and network equipment
- Document technical processes, create knowledge base articles, and maintain IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and security implementations
- Monitor system health, perform routine maintenance, and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Support office technology including AV systems, video conferencing, and mobile device management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and Active Directory
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security fundamentals
- Customer service experience with proven ability to troubleshoot user issues
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and documentation
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed
