Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees across hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches and firewalls
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and migrations
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Support cloud services including Azure and Office 365
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license required
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) a plus
