Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve end-user issues via ticketing systems and remote support
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop hardware and enterprise applications
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices
- Train users on new technology implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience (0-2 years)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS systems and Active Directory
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
