Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist with user account management and access control
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior team members on system upgrades and projects
- Monitor system performance and report security incidents
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Texas driver's license (occasional site visits required)
