Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripheral devices
- Assist with network troubleshooting, including basic router/switch configuration
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT incidents
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and best practices
- Support cloud infrastructure management using AWS/Azure fundamentals
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and Active Directory
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (willing to sponsor)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues systematically
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
