Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Assist with network troubleshooting and security protocols
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in agile development cycles for IT solutions
- Complete vendor certification training (CompTIA, AWS)
Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
