Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the Help Desk ticketing system.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform minor hardware repairs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- No prior professional IT experience required; we provide full training.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems and applications.
