Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for 50+ daily end-user requests
- Deploy and configure new workstations using imaging tools
- Document all IT processes and incidents in ServiceNow
- Assist with network security protocols and access management
- Collaborate with senior team on infrastructure upgrades
- Train employees on cybersecurity best practices
- Manage inventory of IT assets and peripherals
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
