Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to corporate clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues following company protocols
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and systems
- Document all technical procedures and client interactions

- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance technical skills
- Assist in implementing security best practices across client networks
Qualifications
