Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts proactively
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and compliance measures
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
