Responsibilities
- Complete intensive 8-week paid training covering AWS, Azure, and network fundamentals
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Assist with hardware/software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in weekly skill-building workshops and certification prep
