Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the full orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for open positions.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute company-wide events, wellness activities, and team-building initiatives.
- Policy Administration: Assist in updating and communicating internal HR policies and procedural changes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Tucson, AZ.
