Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for open positions.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, including preparing packets and welcoming new team members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and records within our HRIS system.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee recognition events and internal communications.
- Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment periods.
- Compliance: Research and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Reporting: Prepare basic HR reports and data analysis for management review.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role; internships are acceptable.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Colorado Springs office.
