Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with new employee onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain HRIS databases and personnel records with 100% accuracy
- Administer benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
- Contribute to HR compliance initiatives and policy updates
- Coordinate employee engagement events and recognition programs
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of CA labor laws and HR compliance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with high organizational abilities
- SHRM-CP or HR certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license (if local travel required)
