Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending offers
- Coordinate employee onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Assist with benefits administration: enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate HR records in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve routine HR inquiries
- Participate in HR projects including training coordination and policy updates
- Generate HR reports for leadership on turnover, hiring metrics, and workforce analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
