- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support new hire onboarding processes including document preparation and orientation coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data compliance
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and training programs
- Handle confidential employee inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Support HR compliance documentation and record-keeping requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional off-site visits
