Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records in HRIS systems
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs
- Conduct HR administrative tasks like benefits enrollment and documentation
- Support compliance with federal/state labor regulations and internal policies
- Assist in preparing HR reports and analyzing workforce data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of Maryland employment regulations a plus
