Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files in compliance with regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs and answer benefits-related inquiries
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement activities and policy updates
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping systems
- Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or entry-level experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday or SAP a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Basic understanding of federal and state employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional off-site duties)
