Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and cultural events
- Handle HR inquiries and resolve employee relations issues with guidance from senior team
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Support HR analytics projects and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain confidential information
- Basic understanding of employment laws (FLSA, EEOC)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
