Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires including document preparation and orientation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases using HRIS systems
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
- Support HR compliance documentation including I-9 verification and personnel file maintenance
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Participate in HR projects including process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of HR compliance basics (FL state regulations a plus)
- Proactive problem-solving approach with customer service mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
