Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with employee onboarding documentation and orientation program execution
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and personnel files in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and wellness program logistics
- Process payroll-related documentation and assist with benefits administration
- Support HR analytics through data collection and report preparation
- Assist in policy development and implementation across employee lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of HR compliance (FLSA, EEOC, ADA)
- Proactive problem-solving approach with customer service mindset
