Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes and documentation
- Manage employee records in HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Facilitate HR administrative tasks including benefits enrollment and leave requests
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs
- Support compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Contribute to HR reporting and analytics for workforce planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., Workday, SAP)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving approach with customer service mindset
