- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and enrollment
- Support HR compliance initiatives including documentation and reporting
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
- Handle confidential employee inquiries with discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of Texas labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
