Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding initiatives to ensure seamless employee integration
- Manage HRIS data entry and maintenance with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Facilitate HR compliance documentation and record keeping
- Assist in organizing employee engagement events and culture-building activities
- Support HR analytics reporting and workforce planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proactive problem-solving approach with customer service mindset
