Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding: Manage the full lifecycle of new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation schedules, and IT setup.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews for hiring managers, screen candidates, and prepare interview packets.
- Policy Administration: Assist in the distribution and interpretation of employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Payroll Support: Provide administrative support to the Payroll department by gathering necessary time-off and attendance data.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits questions, enrollment, and open enrollment periods.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior HR experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
