Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage the new hire onboarding process, including preparing paperwork and orientation schedules.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system with high accuracy.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
- Answer general HR-related inquiries from staff via email or phone.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
