Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
- Employee Records: Manage and maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for new team members.
- Policy Implementation: Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute employee engagement events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
- HR Administration: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service.
- Research: Conduct market research on industry trends to provide insights on compensation, benefits, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
