Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Manage HRIS data entry and ensure accurate employee records maintenance
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve basic HR inquiries
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance documentation
- Coordinate benefits administration and open enrollment activities
- Contribute to HR projects including process improvements and policy updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of federal/state employment regulations

- SHRM-CP certification or enrollment a plus
