Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation preparation
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS platforms (Workday experience preferred)
- Contribute to HR analytics and reporting for talent metrics and workforce planning
- Support employee relations initiatives including engagement surveys and policy updates
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks including benefits administration and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of federal/state employment regulations (EEOC, FMLA, etc.)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
