Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations, including answering phones and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews.
- Update and maintain accurate employee records and confidential personnel files.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with onboarding paperwork.
- Support the Payroll and Benefits department with data entry and compliance documentation.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure all HR documentation adheres to local and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
