Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate visits.
- Support new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork, setting up IT access, and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Coordinate internal communications, such as company newsletters, policy updates, and meeting schedules.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration inquiries.
- Organize and participate in company events and employee engagement activities.
- Research market trends to support compensation and benefits planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the HR field.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR practices is a plus.
