Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Assist with employee relations inquiries, documentation, and policy implementation
- Manage HRIS data entry, maintenance, and reporting accuracy
- Coordinate benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations (FLSA, EEOC)
- Support HR initiatives including performance reviews and engagement surveys
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required
- Valid Arizona driver's license (may require occasional travel)
