Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and maintain employee records
- Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve routine HR inquiries
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and talent requirements
- Utilize HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR) to track recruitment metrics and data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR/recruitment experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance basics
- Proactive problem-solving approach and team player mentality
