As a key member of our People Operations team, you'll gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS management. Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of top talent
- Assist with HR administrative tasks including benefits administration, record-keeping, and policy updates
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive workplace culture
- Manage HRIS data integrity and generate insightful HR analytics reports
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations (EEO, FLSA, etc.)
- Support performance management processes and employee relations matters
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and talent development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding of HR compliance regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn HR processes
