Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system
- Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee development
- Administer benefits enrollment and ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
